In Season Rates: $299/night* (March 1-May 31, October 1-December 31)
*rates based on double occupancy-$20 per night for each additional guest. rates are subject to change during peak seasons.

Bookings available Wednesday-Sunday. Minimum 2 night stay on weekends.

Continental breakfast is included in the rate. Includes breakfast bars, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, toast, pastries, coffee, and juice.

Cancellation policy: full refund if cancelled 3 days before stay.

House Rules: No parties, no loud music, no smoking, no pets. No exceptions!

This apartment is located on the second floor.  It may not be the best choice for those with mobility challenges.
